Jennifer Carracedo, Associate Attorney
Jennifer brings a strong foundation in legal operations and strategy, beginning her career in Boston’s legal staffing sector where she built and led a division focused on attorney placement, employment agreements, and complex staffing solutions. Her experience consulting with law firms and managing legal employment issues gives her a unique ability to analyze challenges, advocate effectively, and guide clients toward practical, well-aligned solutions.
Barbara Wold, Associate Attorney
Barbara earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. After joining the Minnesota Bar, she dedicated her career to Intellectual Property, helping everyone from solo creators to global corporations secure their trademark and copyright rights.
Barbara’s perspective is shaped by a remarkably diverse legal path, including private practice, serving at the U.S. Army Legal Assistance Office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and teaching as an adjunct law professor. Most notably, she spent over five years as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO, giving her an "insider’s" understanding of the registration process that few practitioners can match.
